
Winner of EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2024
Ella Industrier and its founder, Martin Kristiansson, have won the prestigious EY Entrepreneur Of The Year award in the Svealand region. The regional final took place in Örebro on the evening of Wednesday, November 20, where Martin Kristiansson was awarded the main prize for his outstanding entrepreneurship.
Founded in 2010, Ella Industrier is a corporate group comprising twelve companies across four business areas: mechanical components, office interiors, outdoor environments, and real estate. By prioritizing sustainability, innovation, and customer adaptation, the company has established itself as a leading player in its industries.
The jury’s statement praised Martin Kristiansson’s unique leadership and passion for development:

About EY Entrepreneur Of The Year
EY Entrepreneur Of The Year is one of the world’s most prestigious awards for entrepreneurs who build successful businesses with vision and leadership. The competition was launched in the United States in 1986 and has been held in Sweden since 1995. The award is presented at regional, national, and international levels and spans more than 140 cities in over 60 countries. An independent jury evaluates participants based on criteria such as influence, entrepreneurial spirit, purpose, and growth.
At the regional finals and the national final, winners are also selected in the categories of Entrepreneurial Winning Women, Young Entrepreneurship Of The Year, and Best International Growth. Previous Swedish winners include companies such as Northvolt, Klarna, Poolia, and Kopparbergs Bryggeri. Martin Kristiansson and Ella Industrier now advance to the national final, which will be held at Stockholm City Hall on March 19, 2025.
