Surface Treatment

We operate a state-of-the-art automated ED coating and powder coating line in Poland, capable of handling items up to 1400x1400x500 mm.

Pre-Treatment: Products undergo an 11-step pre-treatment process, including washing, rinsing, activation, zinc-manganese phosphating, and passivation.

ED Coating: Following pre-treatment, electro-deposition coating (ED coating, also known as KTL or E-coating) is applied. The metallic product is submerged in a bath, and electricity ensures an even layer of paint across the entire surface. ED coating provides excellent coverage, including edges and hard-to-reach areas, forming a durable film that enhances the performance of any topcoat

Powder Coating: In the final stage, powder is applied, either automatically or manually, depending on the product and requirements.

Our painting process is not only cost-effective and quality-assured but also environmentally friendly, as powder, energy, and water are reused efficiently.
