Ellagro is a leader in the production of busbars, components, and systems made from copper. We offer efficient, flow-oriented manufacturing and services across the entire value chain. While our customer base is primarily in Sweden, we also export busbars to Asia, North America, and Europe.

We work with sheet, bar, tube, and strip materials, ranging from 0.3 mm to 60 mm in thickness. Our capabilities include punching, cutting, as well as low- and high-edge bending.

Our team has extensive expertise in soldering, performing both induction and gas soldering. All soldering personnel are licensed professionals.

We have significant experience in assembling shrink tubing for busbars. We often collaborate closely with customers to develop the most optimal solutions. We regularly maintain stock of around 30 different types of shrink tubing.

We provide insulation through the wrapping of glass-mica tape, handling both small and large wrapping projects.

As a system supplier, providing first-class assembly is essential. We assemble complete modules in series as well as individual units. Like the rest of our production, our assembly process is flow-oriented and quality-assured.

Our stainless steel team specializes in the production of both welded and machined structures. We often handle demanding welding tasks with high precision for material thicknesses ranging from 1 mm to 50 mm. All our welders are licensed, including welding specialists with IWS certification.

Our highly skilled steel team has perfected the production of both welded and machined structures. We frequently perform complex welding tasks with exceptional precision for material thicknesses from 1 mm to 100 mm. All welders are licensed, and we have several welding specialists with IWS certification.

We excel in the production of both welded and machined aluminum structures. Many of our welders are certified specifically for aluminum welding, ensuring high-quality results.
