Ellagro acquires Cepa Sp. z o.o.

Ellagro Group AB has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in Cepa Sp. z o.o., with production nearby Wroclaw in Poland. The company is a subcontractor to leading engineering companies.

Cepa Sp. z o.o. has a new owner. The Håkansson family has sold their subsidiary in Poland to Ellagro Group AB. The company will continue to operate in the same spirit.

”We started the business in Poland 20 years ago and has step by step built the company to what it is today. We will now focus on the parent company, Cepa Steeltech, in Sweden. With a long mutual history together, we felt a responsibility to find the right type of future owner. I am confident; that we have found a competent industrial owner in Ellagro. Both our customers and personnel will benefit from Ellagro’s long term vision to develop the business to the next investment level”, says Michael Håkansson, CEO Cepa Steeltech AB.

During the spring Cepa Sp. z o.o. will change name to Ellagro Poland Sp. z o.o..
